石泉庖汤宴共有28道菜,其中包括凉菜8道,炒菜6道,大碗蒸菜6道,小碗蒸菜6道,外加咸汤1道,甜汤1道。

Shiquan paotangwas officially listed as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage formin 2018.

2018年,石泉庖汤会正式被列为省级非物质文化遗产。
